I was born to do this.
But I failed more than I ever expected.

And I’d still choose it again. ➡️

Things that keep me going:

1. Freedom comes from discipline.
When motivation disappears - discipline shows up.

2. Being your own boss looks cool.
The pressure? Not so much.
If you’re not ready to take responsibility for your employees, your suppliers, your decisions - it will break you.
It never scared me. It just forced me to act.

3. The hardest decisions are the ones nobody sees.

4. Growth is waaay slower than you think. And way more uncomfortable.

5. Nothing compares to the moment you finally see it working.

6. I would choose this again. In every lifetime.
