HOME FOR THE ELDERLY
The house is situated on the plot in Zagreb's Dubrava, forming two sections - an urban and a more tranquil corner, along with two atrial pockets, one partially and the other entirely private. Striving to reconcile its residential purpose and shape the urban facade, it adopts a dual approach. It dissolves towards the serene south with terraces for residents, and on the entrance side, it shapes an access square surrounded by amenities essential for the residents.
