Seeing a project come to life — from the very first consultation to the final realisation — is always the most rewarding part of the process.

Projects of this scale require far more than just design. They demand intensive planning, consistency, problem-solving, and presence to ensure that no detail is compromised along the way.

In just 4 months, we transformed a 130 m² commercial space into a complete turnkey project.

As visible throughout the process, this was not a “blank canvas” project. The existing flooring, ceiling height, and AC positions had to remain untouched — and everything else was carefully designed and developed around those fixed conditions.

A successful project realisation is only possible with an investor who truly believes in the vision and stays committed to it until the very end.

A waiting experience designed to feel calm, grounded, and quietly restorative.
For the reception and waiting area of the Cordata Polyclinic project, we explored the balance between softness and structure through layered natural materials, warm neutral tones, translucent textile dividers, and integrated greenery inspired by the organic elegance of the Tilia Cordata leaf.

The result is a space that moves away from the conventional clinical atmosphere and instead creates a feeling of comfort, privacy, and gentle connection with nature.

For us, CORDATA Polyclinic started with a narrative — one rooted in softness, calmness, precision, and human connection. Every texture, tone, material, and line explored within this moodboard became part of a larger vision: creating a healthcare space that feels emotionally reassuring while remaining architecturally refined. 🍀

From the very first conceptual sketches to the final realization, the essence of Cordata Tilia remained at the heart of every design decision.💚
