WHY BUGS ??

I’ve been painting insects for a simple reason: they fascinated me long before I started making ceramics.”
I used to spend my summers in the countryside at my grandma’s, watching insects for hours — how they moved, built, and carried tiny worlds with them. I was always drawn to small things others overlooked.

Now I paint them on cups and plates, like bringing a piece of the outside world into everyday life.

I still can’t fully explain why they fascinate me.
But they make me smile — and make my cupboard a little more alive.

MIÉRT BAGAROK??

A nyarakat a nagymamámnál töltöttem vidéken, és órákig tudtam nézni a rovarokat — ahogy mozognak, építenek, és a saját kis világukat hordozzák. Mindig is az apró dolgok vonzottak, amiket mások észre sem vesznek.

Most csészékre és tányérokra festem őket, mintha a természet egy darabját hoznám be a mindennapokba.

Ma sem tudom igazán megmagyarázni, miért ennyire izgalmasak számomra.
De mosolyt csalnak az arcomra — és egy kicsit színesebbé teszik a konyhámat.
