There is a specific aesthetic in the after, that moment when the studio dust settles and rows of artisanal creations line the bench. Looking back at our residency with Chef Ashley, we are still vibing with the creative energy brought to every session.

This collection captures the soul of our time together: the tactile rhythm of chilled dough, the focused stillness at the bench, and the final transformation of simple ingredients into chic masterpieces. From the crisp, buttery layers of the 6 in 1 Sable Butter Cookie to the delicate, miniature elegance of the 9 in 1 Mini Maison Cake, it was a masterclass in the beauty of the crumb.
