2. Nasi uduk WK komplit ( steamed rice in coconut milk & Indonesian rijsttafel)
3. Pan fried fillet of Barramundi on crispy purple potato, asparagus orange hollandise, roasted beetroot, sliced roasted apple & ginger flower cream.

1. Mango, avocado, fresh dill pasta salad with olive oil lemon dressing.
2. Butter poached Barramundi on mash potato, spring asparagus, beetroot puree, cherry tomato confit & orange reduction sauce.
3. Beef Katsu with teriyaki sauce served with steamed rice & coleslaw salad.
4. Pan fried chicken breast on rosemary, potato lyonnaise, roasted apple, caramelized green part of leek & blueberry brown jus.
