Many of our houses have been transformed into more than residential spaces: they have also become working and educational ones. We find it fitting to incorporate a home office in this residential project, publicly accessible in the front part of the house. Also, a washing station next to the entrance is an appropriate addition to any building now. Meanwhile the house also has a library, which can be be both a place to study and relax.⁣

Establishing connections between the indoor and the outdoor is essential for healthy living. In this residential project we achieve this by creating a backyard terrace that serves as an extension of the living space; a balcony that connect living and dining space together as a potentially seamless entertaining space; and an upper tea room that opens to surrrounding balcony and take full advantage of the views beyond.

Our design for a residential complex in a hilly area in Semarang comprises 5 individual houses which follow the sloping contours of the site to achieve economical and effective solution for the development.⁣
⁣
The houses’ openings and balconies are carefully positioned to take full advantage of its commanding views towards Semarang city while maintaining privacy between one another. ⁣

A central bar act as a focal point while also strategically being positioned to served the adjacent users of the adjacent meeting room should the lounge be used as a breakout space.

In keeping with the hotel’s overall theme, the lounge is furnished with rustic furnishings of natural materials with nautical colours to bring a beach vibe to the area.
