New chahe made of burl. The exact tree is unknown but it's some tropical one from Bali.
Stick is made of tamarind tree sapwood.

Burls are extremely rare on tropical trees so it's very hard to find it.

I produce not only chahe. Sometimes I make orders for tea boards ✨
Here on photos - round chaban with solid piece of teak wood and metal tray.
The idea is to make it simple, lightweight but very durable.

I use only absolutely dry teak wood with special covering which helps the board not to warp over and keeps the surface new over time ⚡

Ebony wood is one of the most valuable and expensive woods in the world. It's so dense that it sinks in water. The most mysterious and sought-after type of the tree. The energy of wood represents power, purity, balance and protection.
