Warranty on stairs and fitting will be given.
We will supply and fit them professionally and clean after fitting. You even won't notice we been in your house after we left.
Price on attic stairs starts from €420 supplied and fitted including architraves finish, sealant, draft free, airtight and widening of your existing attic opening.
If will be required to do a new opening, no problem, we will do it at no extra charge and will advise you where best location for it will be.
We also have models to accommodate high ceilings.

Attic flooring of 8x14ft storage area from €550.
Attic flooring raised up above insulation as per current regulations.
