Hegartys Home Interiors are currently recruiting a Retail Sales Manager for their Buncrana store.

Main duties include:
• Manage a vibrant sales team and maximise their potential.
• Maximise the sale of furniture through a combination of quotations, inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, and emails.
• Ensure that all product lines, launches, and promotions are effectively displayed in-store.
• Embrace and drive Customer Relationship Management.
• Plan and execute sales and delivery of services to meet customer expectations.
• Close sales and reach weekly, monthly, quarterly targets.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments in a timely manner to deliver shared objectives that will result in maximization of both sales and profit for the company.
• Assist the company in building business intelligence by capturing and recording customer information to assist in business decisions.

Reporting to Directors.

Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Saturday - 5 days (Closed Sunday)

Receptionist Position (Maternity Cover)

Hegartys Home Interiors are currently hiring a temporary receptionist for maternity cover (12 months). In this position, the ideal candidate will work in the busy reception area of our Buncrana store and provide administrative cover to the sales team. The contract begins on 1st August 2022.

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 - 18:00

Job Description:
• Greet and welcome all customers to the store and over the phone.
• Reply to all emails and social media comments.
• Answer the phone and deal with all phone queries or redirect to the correct department.
• Communicate with customers and liaise with staff making sure all queries are recorded and dealt with promptly.
• Assist with scheduling goods for delivery.
• Serve as an administrator to the sales team.
• Check that all email order confirmations are correct and update customer accounts accordingly.

Requirements:
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Be able to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
