🌸✨ PETALUM – A FLOWER THAT BLOOMS IN EVERY DETAIL ✨🌸

Some crochet pieces are more than just handmade decorations — they feel like little works of art. 💕 And Petalum, the newest mandala design from Ania at Ananxo handmade , is exactly that. 🌿🧶

At the very heart of this beautiful mandala is a stunning 3D flower, surrounded by delicate vines, petals and intricate lacework. 🌸 Each layer unfolds beautifully, creating a piece full of texture, movement and charm. For my Petalum, I chose a gorgeous yarn from KnitAnki włóczki-Anna — starting with a sunny, warm centre 🌞 and gently transforming into delicate shades of pink 🌷. I absolutely love how the colours highlight the different layers of the design.
Of course, Petalum would be just as beautiful in completely different colours — the possibilities are endless! 🎨🧶

🩵🧶 Late Summer Top 🧶🩵

There’s something so special about learning something new… ✨

As you may have noticed, lately I’ve been picking up my knitting needles and discovering just how much I love knitted pieces. 🧶💙 Crochet will always have a very special place in my heart, but knitting has been opening up a whole new world of textures, shapes and possibilities.

I may not have the same experience with knitting that I have with crochet — yet! 😉 — but I’m learning, experimenting and enjoying every stitch along the way. And I have a feeling you’ll be seeing many more knitted creations here very soon! 🥰

That’s why I’m especially grateful when talented designers trust me with their beautiful patterns. ❤️ It means so much to me, especially while I’m still growing my knitting skills.

Today I’m delighted to share this gorgeous Late Summer Top, designed by the talented Bharti from She.Makes.Knots 🌸

It’s such a versatile little piece — perfect for a warm late-summer evening 🌅, but just as beautiful worn under a jacket when the cooler days arrive. 🍂🧥

And the best part? There are several variations to the pattern, so you can make it truly your own! ✨

For my version, I chose one of my absolute favourite colours — Azure Sea 🌊💙 — using beautiful yarn from KnitAnki włóczki-Anna . I simply love how the colour brings the whole top to life!

🌾✨ Mara Polna – a little piece of a summer field captured in crochet ✨🌾

There are some shawls that feel like more than just a beautiful accessory… they tell a story. 💚

“Mara Polna” from the Forest of Needles is one of those designs. 🌿 The delicate wheat-ear motifs flow beautifully across the shawl, creating the feeling of walking through a sun-kissed field, where every ear of grain moves gently in the summer breeze. 🌾☀️

🌿✨ Noc Kupały – a night of magic, love and fern flowers ✨🌿

Long ago, on the shortest night of the year, Slavic people gathered to celebrate Noc Kupały — a magical festival honouring fire, water, the sun and the moon. 🔥🌙💧☀️

It was a night of love, fertility, health and abundance, filled with traditions, dancing, flowers and the search for something truly magical… 🌿

Legend tells of the fern flower, a mythical blossom said to appear only once a year on Kupala Night. Those lucky enough to find it were believed to be blessed with wealth, happiness and good fortune. 🍀✨

And now, that magic has found its way into crochet. 🧶💚

The newest design from Sabina of Forest of Needles is inspired by this enchanting tradition. Noc Kupały features beautifully winding leaves and delicate fern blossoms, all brought together in a unique crescent-shaped shawl. 🌿🌸
