Kosta came from a small village called Zaros in Crete. He moved to Drogheda, Ireland with his family in 2012. Missing the smell and taste of his own local oil and herbs, he decided to get some of his produce to Ireland for his family. This gave him the idea to start up his own business of exporting the beautiful products of Crete to Ireland to give us all a little taste of Greece.
