عادة، الأطباق اليونانية بتعتمد على الأعشاب الطازجة بنكهتها الخفيفة والمنعشة، بينما الأطباق العربية معروفة بالبهارات القوية والغنية. وأنا دايمًا بدمج بين الأعشاب والبهارات في أطباقي، والنتيجة نكهة متوازنة ورائعة تجمع بين الانتعاش والقوة في نفس الوقت. هذا الأسلوب صار جزء من هويّة طبخي.

Greek dishes usually rely on fresh herbs for their light and refreshing flavour, while Arabic cuisine is known for bold and aromatic spices. I always combine both herbs and spices in my cooking, and the result is a beautifully balanced flavour that brings freshness and depth together in every bite. It’s become a signature part of my kitchen style.

I learned a powerful lesson from my plants: never stop trying and never lose faith. Nothing is ever truly over, finished, or beyond hope. After returning from a long vacation, I found my beautiful orchid in terrible condition. My husband had done his best, but it seemed completely dead. Many of my friends told me that orchids are nearly impossible to revive or rebloom once they decline like that.

But I refused to give up. I kept caring for it, watering it, and giving it the love it needed. Slowly but surely, after two months, it began to bloom again—proving that persistence, hope, and effort can bring life back to even the most hopeless situations.

This experience taught me that no matter how difficult or impossible something seems, if you stay determined, patient, and full of faith, you can overcome the odds. Growth, beauty, and success often come when you least expect it—just like my orchid’s stunning revival.
