Job Title: Lighting Showroom Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Assistant to work with our team to oversee the daily operations of our lighting showroom. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and demonstrate a passion for interior design and lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on lighting products, address customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
Inventory Control: Help manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an appealing and organised showroom layout, ensuring products are displayed effectively to maximise customer engagement and sales.
Administrative Duties: Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining our online store.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or a related retail environment, preferably within the lighting or interior design industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in point-of-sale systems.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with an understanding of current lighting trends.
