Craft on a Budget Tips and hacks for crafting on a budget I’m not “artistic” as an Art Teacher pointed out to me years ago, “but you are very creative”. I can live with that lol.

I’m a card maker, I knit and crochet and dabble in lots of other crafts - and I love it. I created this page to give hints, hacks and tips on how to craft on a budget. Why? Read on....
I have rooms full of stash (products for making things) and probably won’t use the half of it if I live to be 100 :-) I have fallen into the trap along the way of “having

to have” products needed to create lovely finished items. Not true, beautiful things can be created from the smallest of supplies. Lots of things can be downloaded free, like digital backing papers, digital stamps. I have “bought the magazine” for the free gift only to find that in order to use the free gift you also have to have a lot of other expensive items too. I have bought the expensive dies because I thought I needed them to create the card I seen someone else post a pic of somewhere, when I could have gotten a few die cuts cheaply from someone who sells them, because the die probably will sit in a folder forgotten about because it was only used once :-( I have watched the tutorials and followed certain crafters who are all amazing at what they do and then gone and bought all the supplies they used to create the project. Why?Because I THOUGHT I needed them :-) No...you don’t need all the fancy tools, machines and huge stash of supplies.....yes they might make your job a bit quicker and easier but they don’t have to be purchased in one big outlay......:-) you can still make beautiful things with a small amount of supplies......

Destashing some crafty supplies - mostly for cardmaking. €10 Total cost.
Items to include, coloured card, ribbon, patterned papers, buttons, gems, flowers, sentiments, toppers, die cuts, some dies, some stamps, inks, decoupage sheets.
I propose to do mixed envelopes using An Post padded envelope which holds up to 1KG and costs €6 to post. Therefore for €4 you will receive 1KG of supplies - well over €4 worth. All envelopes will differ.
If you would like to purchase one of these envelopes please send me a private message and we can swap details.
Pic is what you will typically receive in envelope.
