Sarah’s kitchen in Foxrock is a carefully considered design that balances modern function with classic detailing. The solid wood Shaker doors are finished in Strong White by Farrow & Ball, giving the space a clean and timeless foundation. The island, painted in Masquerade Light by The Little Greene Paint Company, adds contrast and warmth without overpowering the palette.

The countertops in Silestone’s Ethereal Glow provide a durable and elegant surface, while the island offers both generous storage and comfortable seating at its centre. Natural light plays an important role in the design, accentuating the textures and finishes throughout the space.

Brass is used with restraint and purpose: double sinks, a traditional tap, hardware on the cupboards and drawers, and a subtle detail in the over-island lighting. Together these elements bring cohesion and refinement to the kitchen.

This project highlights De Barra’s focus on thoughtful design — creating a kitchen that feels bright, functional, and enduring, while staying true to the craftsmanship at the heart of every build.

The design features solid wood handleless cabinetry, creating a seamless and contemporary look. The space is finished with Silestone’s Snowy Ibiza countertops and splashback, offering both durability and understated elegance.

To bring warmth and character, the kitchen is painted in 's "Green Smoke", while the surrounding walls in "Off Black" provide a striking contrast that enhances the overall design.

At the heart of the kitchen is a spacious island with open shelving, ample storage, and a custom table/desk area—ideal for everyday family life, whether preparing meals, working from home, or tackling homework.
