I’ve got a lot going on right now when it comes to embroidery, so here’s everything I’m doing right now!

The cat skull embroidery I’ve had sitting for a little bit because the baby teeth at the bottom are giving me a hard time and I’m not really sure how to embroider them without them just looking like a little k**b so I might abandon them.

The moon tarot card is coming along really fast. I actually stitched most of that on my last market, but I’m not loving how fluffy the thread is and how it doesn’t look super neat so I’m trying to explore other options there!

Last but not least, the felt keychains. I am going to make a few more for my next market and just see how they do. I don’t think this is something I’m going to try and make tons of. I might just see if people are interested and maybe I’ll do a limited release or something like that.

What embroidery are you working on right now? Show me in the comments!

Stitch a corncob with me! This was part of the fall harvest embroidery design I cooked up last year and it’s finally finished, but I wanted to share the corn cob process with you all as it was quite fun.

If you’d like a more in-depth, step by step tutorial on the weave stitch stay tuned! Looking forward to sharing the final reveal of my autumnal embroidery hoop with you 😊

Swipe to see my 3 new stickers going on my Etsy today!!

I’m going to try and be more active here this year. I’d love to grow this account to 500 followers so I’ll be trying to give it a push.

These stickers have very much been inspired by Ireland and my daily life here. The two Dublin Tarot cards are glossy with some metallic finish and the bus is super glittery. I’m aiming to slowly add to the Dublin Tarot series this year as well as I have loads of ideas (mainly thanks to brainstorming with my also very creative boyfriend)

We’ve cooked up loads more ideas and I can’t wait to draw them! Here’s to a more creative 2026. 🥰

I made €1 at my last market…😳 and here’s what I learned:

It happens. Days like this happen to everyone and it’s out of our control. The weather was bad, it was a quiet day, we’re in a cost of living crisis…etc etc.

What am I doing about it? Taking a breath. Going back to the drawing board. Literally. I’ll be back at another market soon. But for the time being I need to rest and make more time for creating.

An Aerial View of Irish Fields

It’s finally done! (Minus a few gaps to be filled in). I’ll share it when it goes into its new frame as well 🥰

This was my first time doing aerial embroidery and I had so much fun with it. I already have a new idea I’m sketching out and I’ll likely be doing more of these. I was inspired by the view you get of Irish fields as you’re flying over the country. This is my original design and isn’t about any one place in Ireland, I made this up on the fly.

I absolutely adored doing this project and I learned a lot from it. This was my first time doing so much satin stitching and I’m still getting the hang of it, but one big thing I’ll say is that the thread saver method made it tough for some of the fields to stay straight. In the future I think I’ll just use the normal satin stitching method or…

Definitely add some fabric to my hoops to better maintain tension. I learned about that after I started this hoop so I didn’t use it in the end.

I came here about river colours earlier on in the process and I’m so glad I redid it. I love the colour in this one so much so thank you for your recommendations!

Also had to pick apart a field to add some little sheep but it was worth it. They’re so cute!

An updated look at my current aerial embroidery WIP. I pulled out the river completely because the colour just wasn’t right for it and I’m so glad I did because I found the PERFECT colour to replace it. I’ve also started working on the roads but I used an embroidery floss from an old kit and I don’t know if I’ll have enough to finish it with that colour so keep your fingers crossed for me 🙈

I also pulled out one of the fields to add sheep in 💜 Can’t wait to share this embroidery hoop when it’s finished
