smArt design Engineering Technician, Architectural Technician & Interior Designer. Dip. Civil Eng. MIEI, Rhodec HND I qualified from D.I.T.

As a Technician my experience lies in small building design, both commercial and residential. I work in collaboration with Structural Engineers, Fire Consultants, and Architects. Bolton Street (now TU Dublin) in 1999. As an Interior Designer I have over nineteen years experience in sourcing and designing very special and unusual furniture, lighting, garden furniture, bathrooms, & home accessories

for clients, varying from vintage and antique pieces to contemporary and modern. Planning Permission, Street Furniture, DAC Application, and Street Enhancement Scheme services available. Hourly CAD rates available to Professionals. From my experience I have learned not only good technical design skills, flair and creativity but also good business management skills. I have a good understanding of how important it is to fully appreciate the client’s needs and translate that back into the design process.
