My adorable grandniece, Ríoghna, is 2 today! Her favourite toys are Bó and Bó Eile, so I just had to make her a cow (bó) cake. Everything edible including the grass and stones - I thought there might be reluctance to eat Bó but he was scoffed hahaha.

Four layers of chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache, encased in pink and purple sugarpaste ruffles, with a personalised topper from Mint Cake Toppers, and an LED unicorn keepsake.
