Creating a gluten free cookbook is a dream of mine, but creating a gluten free app is something I had never really considered. The MOST delicious chicken curry (gluten free) from Sheridan’s Bar & Restaurant

I love a curry with lots of veggies and great flavour. Growing up, I worked weekends in Sheridans, and it was always a favourite haunt socially, so one could argue I'm a little biased. 😄 Regardless, I'm putting it out there, this is the best curry I've had in years. 10/10.

A book recommendation for parents/teachers/family members who want to explain coeliac disease to children. ✨️

The Food Detectives by is a beautifully written and illustrated children's book designed to help little minds to better grasp the concept of coeliac disease and the importance of a gluten free diet. My kids absolutely loved this book, and (as a parent and a teacher) I would highly recommend it as a lovely tool to help you teach children who are newly diagnosed, or who have a family member/friend with coeliac disease.

Kindly gifted, but posted here only because I genuinely think it's brilliant!
