We were delighted to see just in the gallery dropping in some of her new work of Bray Head, Harmon's Brow (Sentinel Trees) and one of her iconic seascapes to us! It's always a tonic chatting to her, and it always ends up a lot of fun!

Taking photos of our gallery exhibiters at the shop door is becoming a real tradition! This is Peter, one half of Bird Cherry Studio duo who dropped in more stock recently to us of his new framed screen prints. Pop in for a closer look at the full range by husband and wife duo Peter and Jenny, who have their studio in Newcastle just down the road from us here, through the arch at Greystones Harbour.

Remembering all the fun we had last weekend again at Day 2 of our Meet the Boat Yard Gallery Artists and Makers.

Artists and makers who were there last Sunday to meet and chat with customers were:

, who we sadly didn't get a photo of as we were so busy chatting! Susan was there with her Word Bird design artwork, always so popular.

Photo 1 & 2. Jane Friel Photography with lots of new mounted prints now in stock.

Photo 3, 4, 5, 6. , who kindly gave her time to do a two hour demonstration showing off her felting and fibre spinning techniques! (Contact Sharon if you would like to take part in one of her popular workshops. Details on her website).

Photos 7 & 8. Another local artist, , who popped in to meet and greet and collect a very large commission she painted for one of her customers that we framed for her. What a beautiful piece of work! Adrienne has a selection of small paintings available in the gallery.

And last but not least .flanagan porcelain, who is a member of , brought along pieces of her work at each stage of firing and glazing and will be dropping in new christmas stock very soon!

And , who popped in to chat to customers about their unique real Seaweed pressings. They currently have a full stock of framed pressings in the gallery and will keep us stocked up over christmas with mounted prints.

All our 35 exhibiters' work is unique to the bricks and mortar shop in the Greystones harbour area, (across the road from the harbour plaza), many of which are endorsed by the , or or are members of the and you'll find us through the stone arch beside the creperie and the . Pop in the next time you are in the area if you're looking for a gift, a piece of art, or photography or for a unique christmas gift made in Wicklow.

We are delighted to announce the timetable of a small selection of our local artists and makers taking part in a 'Meet and Greet the Artists' over the weekend and giving two free demonstrations, on this Saturday & Sunday 1st & 2nd November! A free open day event to celebrate our artists and makers during our 10 year anniversary.

Come along to chat and learn more about their inspirations and work. All welcome!

This weekend, 1st & 2nd Nov, we have a 'Meet and Greet the Artists' event for our customers and visitors alike to come along, meet and chat to a selection of our exhibiters in the gallery, through the arch at Greystones harbour. There will be a different artist or maker on each hour throughout the day between 11 & 5 pm on Saturday and 12 & 5 pm on Sunday (keep an eye out for our timetable of artists and makers on Friday morning!).

Also, on Sunday afternoon, 2nd Nov between 2.30 & 4.30 pm, we have two very special demonstrations by Bray artist/maker showing both the craft of felting a landscape scene of the Big Sugarloaf at 2.30 pm and later at 3.30 pm, spinning natural wool yarn with an electric spinner. All are welcome to come along to watch and maybe have a go!

A possible additional demonstration will be announced on Friday along with our timetable.
