Remembering all the fun we had last weekend again at Day 2 of our Meet the Boat Yard Gallery Artists and Makers.
Artists and makers who were there last Sunday to meet and chat with customers were:
, who we sadly didn't get a photo of as we were so busy chatting! Susan was there with her Word Bird design artwork, always so popular.
Photo 1 & 2. Jane Friel Photography with lots of new mounted prints now in stock.
Photo 3, 4, 5, 6. , who kindly gave her time to do a two hour demonstration showing off her felting and fibre spinning techniques! (Contact Sharon if you would like to take part in one of her popular workshops. Details on her website).
Photos 7 & 8. Another local artist, , who popped in to meet and greet and collect a very large commission she painted for one of her customers that we framed for her. What a beautiful piece of work! Adrienne has a selection of small paintings available in the gallery.
And last but not least .flanagan porcelain, who is a member of , brought along pieces of her work at each stage of firing and glazing and will be dropping in new christmas stock very soon!
And , who popped in to chat to customers about their unique real Seaweed pressings. They currently have a full stock of framed pressings in the gallery and will keep us stocked up over christmas with mounted prints.
All our 35 exhibiters' work is unique to the bricks and mortar shop in the Greystones harbour area, (across the road from the harbour plaza), many of which are endorsed by the , or or are members of the and you'll find us through the stone arch beside the creperie and the .
