**SELLING FOR A FRIEND**

Beautiful Gilbert Logan & Son console/hall table, a wonderfully elegant and well-crafted piece of traditional furniture.

The table retains its original brass maker's plaque:

“GILBERT LOGAN & SON – Est. 1920 – Crafted Furniture”

It features a particularly attractive bowed/curved front, two generous drawers with traditional metal ring handles, elegant tapered legs and fine contrasting inlay detailing around the tabletop and drawer fronts.

The rich dark wood finish and understated detailing make this a very versatile piece. It would look beautiful as a hall/entrance table, living-room console, bedroom dressing table or occasional writing desk.

The drawers are a very useful size and the interiors are beautifully finished. The table is sturdy and presents extremely well. There are some light surface marks and signs of previous use, particularly to the top.
