We’ve just added the Evonic Heatcote in Onyx White to our showroom — a beautifully simple, wall-hung electric fire suite that can be fitted directly onto a flat wall.

We removed the original fireplace, closed up the existing chimney and relocated the focus of the room with a custom-built media wall, incorporating a Gazco eStudio 135R electric fire and recessed TV.

🔥 THE GRAND REVEAL! 🔥

From an old open fireplace on one wall… to a completely new focal point on another.

The original fireplace was closed up and we completely reworked the layout, creating this bespoke media wall featuring the Gazco eStudio 135R electric fire with a recessed 65” TV above.

Now fully finished, painted and styled — what a transformation! 👌

Sometimes moving the fireplace rather than working around what’s already there can completely change a room.

🔥 From open fireplace to a completely new focal point.

A few weeks ago we showed this project while the work was underway — now here’s the finished result.

The original open fireplace was removed and closed up, allowing us to completely rethink the layout of the room and create a new focal point on a different wall.

We built a bespoke media wall incorporating a Gazco eStudio 135R electric fire, with a recessed 65” TV above, giving the room a much cleaner, more contemporary finish.

A great example of how you don’t have to be restricted by where the original fireplace was — sometimes moving the focal point completely can transform how the whole room works.

🔥 From an old open fireplace to a modern media wall.

This project is completely transforming the room. We removed the original open fire, blocked the chimney, and created a brand-new stud chimney breast on a different wall to suit the customer’s layout.

The centrepiece is a Gazco eStudio 135R electric fire – a slim, contemporary electric fire that’s perfect for modern media walls. We’ve also built a recessed TV pocket, and the first-fix electrics are now complete, so it’s all starting to come together.

This is a great example of how you don’t have to keep your fireplace where it has always been. With the right design, you can completely rethink the layout of your living room and create a stunning new focal point.
