The practice of burning smudging is fairly simple, a seashell or bowl of ceramic, clay dishes, or glass to hold burning sage or capture ash, optional you can use feather or fan fanning smoke. White sage, for example, is used to get rid of negative influences, by burning the plant. During this process sharp spicy aroma is released. Happy Saturday ✨ it’s the bank holiday weekend and the sun is out ☀️This weekend will see a lot of beach goers enjoying our beautiful beaches but we need to protect our sand dunes. 🌊💙Sand dunes are often seen as part of the beach, and a lot of beachgoers who are very welcome to the area don’t realise they are doing potential damage. We need to enjoy the beach but protect the dunes🙏 just don’t walk on the dunes it’s as simple as that💙
