When I asked my daughter what kind of birthday cake she wanted, she didn’t choose one theme...

She chose ALL of them 😂💕
🌈 Rainbows
🦄 Unicorns
👑 Princesses
✨ Sprinkles
🎤 K-pop Demon Hunters

And somehow, it all came together into one colourful birthday cake!

This might not be the most elegant cake I’ve ever made, but it might just be my favourite because it was designed entirely around what made my little girl happy .

Seeing her face when she saw it made every late-night decorating session worth it.
