At Oakline of Ranelagh, we specialise in blending timeless designs with period features in some of Ireland's most beautiful homes.

A collection of art and philosophy books, movies and family photographs are displayed in bespoke, fitted, cherrywood and buttermilk cabinets.

Did you know that the modern word “cabinet” is French in origin, and originally meant “room"? This referred to rooms where certain collections were kept, such as books or artwork, so a cabinet was actually a small “room” for such items.
