We’re delighted to be playing a part in the refurbishment of Glovers Alley at The Fitzwilliam Hotel, St Stephen’s Green, working alongside Project Orange as project specifiers.

Our work includes the installation of new carpet throughout the restaurant, together with the reupholstering of the seating. The new finish combines rich leather seats with luxurious velour backs, creating a refined look that complements the character of the space.

With the carpet now installed and the newly upholstered seating beginning to arrive, we’re getting our first real glimpse of how the finished restaurant will come together.

There is still plenty to accomplish ahead of the reopening on 2 September, when Michelin-starred chef Adam Nevin takes the helm, but it is already shaping up to be a very exciting transformation.
