With the weather very hot 🌞 some helpful tips to stay hydrated:
đź’™Aim for small, regular drinks throughout the day instead of large amounts at once.
đź’¦Keep water within easy reach in frequently used places (bedside, living room, dining table).
🥤Use lightweight cups or bottles that are easy to grip.
⏱️Build drinking into routines:
- after waking up
- with medications
- at every meal/snack
