nd sophisticated LED lighting, I extensively use objects of art: paintings, sculptures and antiques, because this is what makes a place truly unique, rather that just a dwelling, giving it an intricate and subtle character, and transforming 4 walls into YOUR home. How did I become a “Space Magician”? After 35 years of interior planning and design, I’ve learned that good planning isn’t about having more space — it’s about using the existing space wisely. Corridors are a perfect example: they can take up 10–15% of an apartment without providing a real function. Smart circulation planning can turn those wasted meters into more living space, storage or larger rooms.

The same applies to trends such as two kitchens — a formal kitchen and a separate working kitchen. Sometimes it makes sense, but planning should always reflect how people actually live, not simply follow trends. My approach is to examine every wall, passage and function and find the potential hidden within the existing space. Planning a renovation? Let’s discover what your home can really become.

Après 35 ans d’architecture et de design d’intérieur, j’ai appris qu’une bonne planification ne consiste pas à avoir plus d’espace, mais à mieux utiliser celui qui existe. Les couloirs, par exemple, peuvent représenter 10 à 15 % d’un appartement sans véritable fonction. Une circulation bien pensée permet de récupérer ces mètres pour les espaces de vie, les rangements ou des pièces plus généreuses.

Il en va de même pour certaines tendances, comme les deux cuisines. Cela peut parfois être pertinent, mais un intérieur doit avant tout correspondre à la façon dont on y vit. Mon approche : examiner chaque mur, chaque passage et chaque fonction pour révéler le potentiel de l’espace existant. Vous préparez une rénovation ? Découvrons tout le potentiel de votre intérieur.
