Creating multiple layouts becomes much easier once the first one is done—it’s all about refining and adjusting.

I start with sketches as a reference, placing them next to my layouts in ARCHICAD.

The key rule: if you know what you’re drawing, the process is fast and smooth. That’s why sketching beforehand is essential—it sets the foundation for efficient design work.
