बिना मेंदे की, रोटीवाला आटा, बेसन और घर के घी से बनी
आटा नानखटाई 😋

आप इस तरह नानखटाई बनायेंगे तो अपने छोटे बच्चों को सामने से खिलायेंगे। घर का घी, बेसन और रोटी का आटा है तो हेल्थ के लिये भी ज्यादा अच्छा है।

Ingredients:

1 & 1/2 cup(180 gm) Wholewheat flour (atta)
1 cup (130 gm) gram flour (besan)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp suji
1/2 tsp cardamom powder(ilaichi)
1/8 tsp salt(namak)
12-14 tbsp (180-200 gm) ghee
1 & 1/2 cup (300 gm) powder sugar(chini)
8-10 chopped pistachios
