A home is a deeply personal journey, and we feel fortunate every time someone chooses to share that journey with us.

What begins as a simple discussion slowly grows into ideas, drawings, materials and moments that eventually shape a space. For us, the most meaningful projects are the ones where there is openness, patience and mutual respect for the process.

Those are the collaborations that allow design to truly unfold.

We’re often asked what kind of spaces we design.

Homes that hold everyday rituals.
Weekend villas that slow time down.
Workspaces that shape ambition.
Retail, hospitality, clinic and fitness spaces that invite experience.

Different scales. Different functions.
One shared approach: to listen deeply and design with intention.

Spaces that are rooted in context, balanced in form and function & created to endure beyond trends. For us, design is about relevance.

It’s often the details that hold the most emotion.

With The Roman Eros, the vision was to create a home that felt palatial yet personal, inspired by the romance of Roman architecture and the artistry of the Renaissance.

Designed for a well-travelled, celebration-loving family, the space balances extravagance with elegance, height with harmony, and history with modern ease. Arches, proportion, symmetry and art were not decorative choices. They were part of a larger narrative. A home designed to host, to unwind, and to feel timeless in a fast-moving city like Mumbai.

Because true luxury isn’t loud - it’s layered.

Here’s to a space, where celebration and consciousness sit at the same table.

This renovation project is our quiet love letter to the future of experiential design, where sustainability is not a trend but an ethic, woven into every decision.

Every material, curve and detail in this project was deliberately designed. Every decision reflects care…for the experience, for the environment and for the people who gather here. It protects the soul of what a party space should feel like: warm, immersive & unforgettable.

Hence, the space welcomes you, holds you and leaves you with a feeling that lingers long after.

Even the quietest corner was done thoughtfully and carries the project’s sustainable intent!

This powder washroom carries forward the same mindful thinking that shaped the terrace. The walls had the lime plastering, keeping the material story consistent and kind to the environment. The basin counter is not a ready-made insert but is built on site using brick masonry and shaped from scratch, reducing wastage while supporting local craftsmanship.

Every little need has been thoughtfully worked into the form itself. There is a pocket carved out for towels, soap and storage without adding extra pieces. The lighting stays soft and diffused, skipping harsh brightness and instead creating a quiet, understated kind of luxury.

Pause at the doorway and look both ways.
Warm textures inside. Sunlit seating outside.
Two experiences, designed to belong to each other.

The lounge and terrace respond to one another effortlessly, thoughtfully planned to feel distinct yet deeply connected.

A cosy space that never forgets how to breathe.

The sloped roof in the lounge creates generous volume overhead, balancing the richer colours below. That height allows the darker palette to feel intentional rather than dense, keeping the mood warm without weighing the room down.

The glass facade enhances the sense of openness, drawing in daylight throughout the day and making the greenery part of the experience. You feel sheltered, but never shut in. The wood-lined ceiling softens the architecture, adding warmth that keeps the room inviting.

Even with fifteen people gathered inside, it stays comfortable. Openable sides allow air to circulate and conversations to flow with ease.

Once the terrace buzzes with life, where do the quieter conversations find their place?
This lounge answers that softly.

The lighting softens, the tones deepen and the room begins to draw you inward.
Every piece here carries intention. Designed through a close creative exchange with the client, who heads , the furniture feels less like it was placed and more like it belongs. The rust-toned sofa with tribal print seat draws you in with warmth, while the darker flooring grounds the room, lending it a sense of weight. Lighter walls keep it from feeling heavy, letting the textures take centre stage.

Look closer and the layers unfold. The handcrafted Naga panels add raw depth. The mix of tones does not try to match, yet somehow everything settles into quiet harmony.

This is where the day gently begins and beautifully winds down.

Planned at the very centre of the terrace, the semi-covered lounge was designed as a natural anchor for everyday life. A sloping roof accommodates solar panels while allowing the space to remain open, airy and comfortable through the day. Underfoot, the black and white granite flooring creates a strong yet balanced base, smoothly bridging the lime finished outdoors with the sheltered lounge zone. From this edge, the landscape stays constantly present, with greenery wrapping around the space and softening the transition as you move from terrace to porch and back again.

This planning makes the space that feels connected, breathable and easy to live in.

Nothing here feels boxed in!
By carefully carving the layout into four distinct yet flowing zones, including the open porch, lounge, terrace and bar, we ensured each space feels connected while serving its own purpose.
Whether it is the first sip of morning coffee on the open porch, a quick work-from-home call, a yoga session, children settling in for reading their favourite novel or the space opening up for evening gatherings, it adapts effortlessly. Thoughtfully planned to host both quiet moments and lively occasions, it has grown into the client’s most loved space.

Pour. Pause. And keep the night going…

At The Lime Lounge, the open terrace naturally draws you toward the bar, where the mood deepens and the details get richer. Designed as a seamless extension of the gathering, this maximalist pocket remains visually and spatially connected to every other zone, allowing the host to move effortlessly and stay part of every moment.

Earlier, this zone existed as a closed, air-conditioned room with temporary furniture. In reimagining it, we transformed it into a dedicated bar shaped around the client’s love for hosting and cocktail-making. An enthusiastic mixologist at heart, he wanted a setup where everything lay within arm’s reach - organised, intuitive and effortless to use.

Thus, our client, A furniture designer and founder at , played an active role in shaping the bar’s character. The stained-glass cabinet, centred around the flying horse, was developed collaboratively, lending the space a refined European sensibility and a distinctive visual anchor. The bar table and chairs were custom-designed by her to encourage unhurried conversations, favourite drinks and lingering evenings. Together, we shaped a bar that doesn’t stand apart - it becomes inseparable from the terrace’s social rhythm.
