The development is composed of a series of mid-rise residential blocks, arranged in a staggered configuration. The variation in building heights and projections creates visual depth and prevents the façade from appearing monotonous. Strong vertical elements in white contrast with the horizontal brick-clad volumes.

The façade follows a brick-and-white material palette. Exposed brick provides texture and warmth, while white planes emphasize verticality and frame the building masses. Large glazed openings maximize daylight and provide visual connectivity between the apartments and the external environment.
