Production Supervisor – Rubber Mat Industry

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Production Supervisor to join our team.

📍 Preference: Candidates from Alappuzha Town only
🕒 Duty: Rotational Shift Basis

✅ Experience: 1–4 years in Manufacturing Industry
✅ Rubber mat / rubber products experience preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities
• Manage operators and production targets
• Ensure product quality and safety standards
• Monitor raw material usage & reduce wastage
• Maintain production records and ERP entries

🎯 Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Press & Mill machines
• Team handling ability
• Machine utilization & material planning
• Basic ERP knowledge
• Welding / mechanical maintenance knowledge is an added advantage

🎓 Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or related field preferred
Basic MS Office knowledge required
