🍗✨ If we can’t go to a daawat, why not bring the daawat home?
Starting this series with one of those classic dishes you’ll find at almost every shaadi and daawat. And I’d love for you to share your special daawat recipes with me — I’ll pick some of them to feature in my upcoming videos! ❤️

Here’s how to make it ⤵️

* 1 KG Chicken
* 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
* 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
* 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
* 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
* 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
* 1 tsp Oregano Seasoning
* 3 tbsp Yoghurt
* 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
* 1 tsp Vinegar
* 3-4 tbsp Corn Flour or as required for enough coating
* 2-4 tbsp water or as required

Steps—

1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and pat dry it with a strainer to remove excess water. The chicken should be dry.
2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients listed above except corn flour.
3. Mix well and keep aside for marination for 1 hour or more.

Just before frying, add Corn Flour to the marinated chicken and mix well. Add a little water to make a smooth coating.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Remove and keep aside.
5. Heat the oil to high heat and double fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes for extra crispy texture.
6. Remove the chicken from oil and toss with Chaat Masala and Coriander.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
