🧂 Sambhar Masala Powder (Homemade) 👇
Sukhi laal mirch – 10–12 (taste ke hisaab se)
Dhaniya sabut – 2 tbsp
Chana dal – 1½ tbsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Methi dana – ½ tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Kali mirch – 1 tsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Haldi powder – ½ tsp (baad mein milayenge)
Curry patta – 10–12 (optional but best aroma ke liye)
👩🍳 Banane ka Tarika:
Kadhai ko medium flame par garam karein (tel bilkul nahi).
Sabse pehle chana dal aur urad dal ko halki brown hone tak bhunein.
Ab dhaniya, jeera, kali mirch aur methi dana daal kar 1–2 min bhunein.
Sukhi mirch aur curry patta daal kar gas band kar dein.
Sab cheezein thandi hone dein.
Mixer mein pees lein – thoda coarse ya fine, jaise pasand ho.
Aakhir mein haldi aur hing mila dein.
