In Winters you get so many fresh veggies that I can’t resist making salads. Here are four of my favourites:
1. Broccoli, Mushroom, bell peppers and Paneer sautéed together with some herbs and spices.
2. Raw papaya salad with Thai dressing ( sweet and spicy)
3. Corn salad with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
4. Pineapple salad with sprouts, onion , tomatoes

I put 1 tsp of Extra Virgin olive oil on all salads for better absorption of nutrients in these vegetables

Enjoy the salad season.
