Paneer is a kind of fresh ,soft ,un-ripened cheese obtained from the coagulation of cow or buffalo milk. It is also known by channa in West Bengal and Bangladesh. It contains good amounts of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus and together with Vitamin D, paneer ensures sufficient nutrients for bone growth.
Anyone can spice it up with basic ingredients and make awesome recipes so as the Paneer Curry. You can have it with Roti or Fried Rice, It’s gonna taste perfect with both. I hope you will give it a try.
