Paneer is a kind of fresh ,soft ,un-ripened cheese obtained from the coagulation of cow or buffalo milk. It is also known by channa in West Bengal and Bangladesh. It contains good amounts of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus and together with Vitamin D, paneer ensures sufficient nutrients for bone growth.
Anyone can spice it up with basic ingredients and make awesome recipes so as the Paneer Curry. You can have it with Roti or Fried Rice, It’s gonna taste perfect with both. I hope you will give it a try.

Betho Shak commonly known as Wild Spinach(Chenopodium Album)is a green Herbaceous Edible plant having a touch of reddishness. The entire plant is Edible. It’s known as ‘Bathua’ in Hindi and ‘বেতো শাক' in Bengali. It’s a Winter Food.

It could be fried simply with salt and minor ingredients or with lots of Spices, tastes well with plain rice. It have medicinal benefits too as it possesses anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and mild laxative properties. Moreover, it have essential oils, carotene and Vitamin C and minerals regarding potassium.
