Spending quality time with your child and guiding them can work wonders.

Reyansh has recently started focusing on his physical fitness. He has been engaging in various sports activities, including football, cricket, swimming, and basketball. It is heartening to see the gradual improvement in his abilities. With consistent effort and guidance, I am confident that he will continue to develop his skills and excel in these activities.

Weekends are for extra push, and mindset helps you to go extra miles....

Early morning miles and then Run walk Run with Reyansh. He covered 2.7 KM today and tried some barefoot running by himself with some amazing strides.

2 KM x 4 @5.09 with 3 minute recovery
