To make mango sticky rice, cook 1 small cup of sticky rice with 1½ cups of coconut milk until soft and creamy. In a serving cup or bowl, start with a layer of chopped mango, then add the cooked sticky rice and drizzle a little extra coconut milk over it. Top with mango pulp for added flavor, and finish with a scoop of coconut ice cream or gelato. Serve chilled for a refreshing tropical dessert. 🥭🍚✨

If you still think radish is boring, this paratha will change your mind 🤯🫶🏻

Add ghee to a pan and sauté the grated radish with salt, chilli powder, and pav bhaji masala or garam masala. Cook it well until the raw smell disappears.

Prepare chapati dough and mix the cooked radish mixture directly into the dough. Unlike aloo paratha, this cannot be stuffed separately because radish releases water and becomes soft, whereas potato remains firm. Roll it out using a rolling pin, cook on a pan with butter, and enjoy it hot with a side of curd.

Mint adds a cooling effect and aids digestion, while chia seeds provide fiber and hydration. With a touch of salt, sugar, and soda, it’s a perfect fizzy summer refresher.

To make it, boil butterfly pea flowers in water, cool and strain. Pour into a glass, add soaked chia seeds, salt, sugar, and top with soda. Mix well and garnish with mint leaves and lemon.
