The kitchen is a simple modular kitchen with an island counter having a washbasin and breakfast counter as well as a simple and elegant pendant lamp. The countertops and backsplash are locally sourced quartz stone and marble respectively.

The balcony is clad with simple stone to go along with the minimal theme while giving a feel to the space to make it seem outdoor; the cladding follows the same line as the interior cladding to give continuity. There is a simple outdoor furniture set with outdoor pendants and a swing to give it an Indian touch.
