Required Sales Executive for Architect/Interior office.

 Male required.
 Educational Qualification B.Com or equivalent.
 Min 1 to 2 years of work experience preferred.
 Should have a bike (with valid RC and DL)
 To generate leads from a given database or create a database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
 To target all sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
 To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
 To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
 To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
 To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
 Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: Building value in the product, and closing the sale.

Required QS (Quantity surveyor)

 Female required.
 Graduate in Bachelor of Engineering Civil (BE / BTech-Civil).
 Min 1 to 3 years of work experience preferred.
 To prepare BOQ as per drawings.
 To take necessary measurements at the site and record them in excel format.
 To make running bills periodically based on measurements taken.
 To coordinate for bill certification with Architects and PMC and show measurements taken to the above-mentioned authorities.
 To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.
 To maintain consumption details for all non-tendered items.
 To work out required quantities for all items as required for the purchase department for ordering out materials to suppliers.
 Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS projects is preferable.
 Excellent communication skills in English.

Required Architect or Interior Designer.

Male or female required. Graduate in Bachelor of Architect (B.Arch) Or Interior designer Min 1 to 3 years of work experience preferred. Assisting the Principal Architect across all phases of the project from developing initial design concepts to client presentations to onsite coordination during ex*****on.
Key focus areas include the following: Production of Presentation drawings & Construction Drawing Packages, with furniture detailing. Completing 3D Rendering for various project proposals. Co-ordination with various vendors, sourcing materials, ordering samples, and compiling detailed schedule documents, including fixtures & hardware. Site visits and site coordination.Ability to work within part of a larger project team, with contractors, coordinating the design work with outside consultants, and communicating with suppliers on a regular basis. Having extensive AutoCAD, Archicad or Revite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Lumion, or any 3D rendering software experience is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English.
