Tint & Touch, a 1300 Sqft space is conceived as an experience centre for Splash textures where materiality takes the lead and every surface becomes a storyteller. Moving beyond the idea of a conventional showroom, the space invites visitors into a tactile journey, one that begins even before entry and unfolds through layers of texture, light, and subtle spatial transitions.

Designed with restraint, the interiors allow texture paints to shift from being mere finishes to becoming the primary narrative. Neutral, earthy tones and minimal architectural interventions create a calm backdrop, ensuring that the richness of surfaces is both seen and felt. Each wall, panel, and element is treated as a canvas, encouraging exploration, interaction, and pause.

The project balances functionality with quiet luxury, offering spaces for display, dialogue, and discovery. Rather than overwhelming the viewer, it creates moments of stillness where craftsmanship and detail can be truly appreciated.

At its core, Tint & Touch is not just about showcasing materials, it is about redefining how we experience them, transforming textures into an immersive, sensorial language of design

When the brief asked for something more than a showroom, we turned to a narrative that was rooted in tactility and emotional resonance.

The space that was designed not only to sell a product but tell its story

Not everything needs to be revealed at once.

Stay with us as some spaces are meant to be discovered… slowly

Our first retail project and it pushed us in ways we didn’t expect.

We got an opportunity to design a retail space, a flagship experience center for , and it felt like the right kind of stretch for us.

At House of Ruya, we’ve always been drawn to exploring new ideas and typologies and this was exactly that. A different pace, a different user experience, and a completely new way of thinking about space.

We started with a bare shell, which meant going back to first principles, understanding movement, visibility, and how people would engage with the space.

This wasn’t just about how it looks, but how it works, how it flows, and what it feels like to move through it.

More soon.
