Healthy Dry fruit ladoo 😋😋

Ingredients:
Cashew:100 gm
Dates:100 gm
Musk melon seed:50 gm
Sweet melon seed:50 gm
Sunflower seeds:50 gm
Almond:100 gm
Anjeer:50 gm
Raisin :100 gm
Seasme seeds:50 gm
Pistachios:50 gm
Dry coconut:100 gm
Jaggery/honey:2 tbsp
Ghee:3 tbsp

Method:
1.Heat a pan and roast seasme seeds and let it cool.

2.Again take a pan and roast casgew,almond fir 10 secs.

3.Take all the dry fruits and grind it .

4.Now take a kadhai/pan and add ghee .Let it heat and then add jaggery powder at sliw flame.Immediately add all the grinded dry fruits and mix it continuously for 2 mins at very low flame.

5.Switch off the flame and make ladoo from the mixture of the desires shape.

6.Keep it in a airtight container and use it for 7-10 days.

Malai Prawns 🦐 🍤 /Chingri malai curry🍤🦐

Ingredients:
500 gm Medium/large size prawns
1 medium size onion
1 tomato
1 tsp turmeric for frying and 1 tsp for curry
4-5 red chilli 🌶
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kalaunji
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp homemade garam masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garlic paste for frying and 1.5 tsp garlic paste for curry
4 tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste
2 -3 tbsp fresh cream

Method:
1.Take a bowl and add cleaned prawns 🍤 and then add turmeric powder,salt,garlic paste and mix it nicely.

2. Now heat a kadhai and add 2 tbsp oil and then add prawns 🍤 to it.

3. Saute it for 2-3 mins both the side and keep it aside.

4. Take a mixer jar and grind onion,kalaunji,ginger.keep it aside

5. Again make tomato puree and keep it aside.

6. Add oil in the same kadhai and let it heat.

7. Now add the grinded masala along with turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,black pepper powder and salt to it.

8. Let the masala cook for 5 min at medium low flame and then add tomato puree .

9. Now let the masala cook for 10-15 min at low flame and then add fresh cream to it and cook for another 2-3 min and switch off the flame.

10. Serve hot with butter naan.

Pizza recipe without yeast 🍕🍕/No yeast Pizza recipe 🍕🍕

Ingredients:
For dough:
100 gm APF/Maida
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp curd for kneeding

For Toppings -
Olive (optional)
Tomato 🍅
Onion 🧅
Mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 tbsp pizza sauce
capsicum
Italian herbs (Oregano, basil) 🌿
Chilly flake

Method:

1. Take a bowl and add maida,sugae,salt,baking soda ,baking powder and mix it nicely.

2. Now add 2 tbsp sour curd and mix it properly.
kneed it to make soft dough.

3. Now add 1 tbsp curd and 2 tbsp oil and kneed it for another 10 mins.

4. Now tuck the dough and apply 1 tsp oil.

5. Apply cling wrap or muslin cloth and let it rest for 30 mins.

6. Take out the dough after 30 mins and punch the dough.

7. Now make a ball from it and tuck it inside.

8. Dust little maida in pizza pan
and add the dough into pan.

9. Now flatten the dough with hand to make pizza base.

10. Create dent at corners with hand
and prick the rolled dough with fork in center of pizza base.

11. Apply pizza sauce on the top of pizza base ,add veggies and mozzarella cheese.
Add dry herbs.

Bake:
12. Place the pizza pan in preheated oven for 180 c for 15 -2 min.

Ginger green chilli pickle 🌶

Ginger green chilly pickle/adrak Hari mirch achar 🌶 🌶

Ingredients:
150 gm Ginger peeled
100 gm green chilly
2 big size lemon
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp black mustard seed
1/2 tsp fennel seed
Pinch of Asafoetida
5 tbsp mustard oil

Method:
1. Wash and clean ginger and green chilly.Then dry them completely using a kitchen towel or spread on a kitchen towel and let them air dry.
2. Remove the Stem and cut green chilly into half by vertically splitting it.
3. Now cut the ginger into small thin pieces.

To prepare masala:

1. Take a pan and add mustard seed & fennel seed and roast it for 30 sec and take it out.
2. Once it is cooled down make a coarse mixture of it and keep it aside.

To prepare pickle:
1. Heat a pan and add mustard oil .Now add green chilly to it and sauté it for 1-2 mins.
2. Add ginger to it and then add all dry ingredients including salt.
3. Switch off the flame and take out the mixture in a bowl & let t cool .
4. Now add lemon juice and vinegar (to increase self life and taste) and mixx it nicely.
5. Keep it in a airtight container to use it.

Raw papaya Santola recipe 😋😋

Ingredients:
1 cup diced raw papaya
1 potato peeled and diced
1 small finally chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1/2 cup brinjal diced
1 tsp Panch futan/pach foran
1 tsp ghee
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (optional)
1 tsp finally chopped garlic 🧄

Method:
1. Take a cooker and add papaya,brinjal and potato and add 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp salt and let it cook on high flame for 1 whistle and then 5 mins on medium low flame.

2. Now take a kadhai and add ghee.Then add panch foran and let it splutter and then add chopped garlic and cook it on medium low flame until golden brown.

3. Once garlic is golden brown add onion and tomato and cover it and let it cook for another 3-4 mun until tomato is nicely cooked.

4.Now mix the tomato with spoon and add all the boiled veg and add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.

5. Finally serve hot with chapati 😋😋

Soyabean methi fry/Soyabean methi fry recipe /soyabean spring onion fry recipe 😋😋

Ingredients:
100 gm soyabean/soyabari
1 potato/aloo peeled & diced
100 gm chopped methi leaves
100 gm chopped spring onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt
4 tbsp mustard oil
2 dry red chilly
1 medium size chopped tomato

Method:
1. Clean and cut methi leaves & spring onion .
2. Heat a kadai and add mustard oil to it.Now add red chilly to it and then add diced potato to it .
3. Add salt and cover it and let it cook for 5-7 min on medium low flame.
4. Add turmeric powder.chilly powder and coriander powder to it and mix it nicely.
5. Now add soyabean and cook it on medium low flame for 5-7 mins.
6. Now add chopped methi leaves and cook it for 30 mins on medium flame.
7. Make the flame high and cook it for another 5-7 mins until everything is perfectly cooked.
8. Switch off the flame and serve hot with chapati/paratha.

Soyabean bhurji/soyabari bhujiya

Ingredients:
100 gm soyabean granules
1 big size onion finally chopped
2 chopped green chilli
1 large size chopped tomato
1 tsp garlic paste
salt
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method:
1. Take a bowl and add soyabean granules and add double water to it and soak it for 15-20 mins

2. Heat a kadhai and add ghee to it and then add 1/2 tsp cumin and then add chopped onion and little salt and then let it cook for 2 mins on medium low flame.

3. Now add garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder and cook it for another 2-3 mins.

4. Now add chopped tomato and cover it and let it cook for another 2 mins.

5. Finally add soaked soyabean granules,cumin powder,black pepper powder,garam masala and cook it for 10-15 min on medium low flame.

6.Add chopped coriander and serve hot with paratha.

Healthy whole wheat flour halwa/Healthy aata ka halwa/aata ka sheera recipe 😋

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour / atta
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder / ealchi powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 cup water

Instruction:

1.Heat a large kadai and add 2 tbsp ghee.

2. Now add 1 cup wheat flour and mix well without forming any lumps.
Roast on low to medium flame stirring continuously.

3. Take a bowl and add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water and let it boil one time so that sugar dissolves completely and then keep it aside.

4. Roast wheat flour for 15 minutes, the mixture will start to turn golden and aromatic.

15. After 20 minutes, the mixture will turn dark golden brown indicating wheat flour has cooked completely.

16.Now slowly slowly add the hot boiling sugar syrup over roasted wheat flour stirring continuously till the wheat flour will absorb all the water.(2 tbsp water at a time and mix and then add more)

17. Continue to cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.

18. Now add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.

19. Finally serve heathy atte ka halwa hot or warm with dry fruits.
