**Position: Interior Architect**
**Location: Bangalore, India**
**Experience: 2-5 years**
**Responsibilities:**
As an Interior Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual design ideas into tangible, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and design team to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Design Development:** Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and innovative interior concepts that align with client preferences, project requirements, and industry trends.
2. **Space Planning:** Create thoughtful and efficient spatial layouts that optimize functionality and circulation, while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
3. **Material and Finishes Selection:** Curate a comprehensive palette of materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the overall design concept and deliver a cohesive visual aesthetic.
4. **3D Visualization:** Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
5. **Technical Drawings:** Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents, using industry-standard software.
6. **Project Coordination:** Collaborate closely with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project ex*****on and timely delivery.
7. **Client Communication:** Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, addressing their concerns, incorporating feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the design process.
8. **Site Visits:** Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
9. **Continued Learning:** Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to bring innovative ideas and approaches to our projects.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
5. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative team environment.
7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to design excellence.
