Before the first brick is laid, we've already reduced energy demand through passive ventilation, natural daylighting, and climate-responsive design.

In one of our projects, Apartment 243, we are reviving an age-old Rajasthani plastering technique known as Shekhawati.

The Process
Thappi: A breathable base layer of quick lime, surki, sand and natural admixtures like fermented gud (jaggery) and methi.

Lohi/Araish: A finish applied a month later to create a smooth, durable and naturally cool surface.

We’re bringing back traditional wisdom to build homes that are healthier and deeply rooted in nature.

Kadappa stone is celebrated for its strength, but its waste discarded during cutting and polishing often goes untapped.

At our Castle Earth project, we decided to change that.

Through experimental studies, we developed bricks using Kadappa waste that offer:

• Higher Compressive Strength: Building tougher structures
• Reduced Water Absorption: Enhancing long-term durability
• Eco-Efficiency: Lower dependence on fly ash and conventional materials

By optimizing lime content and material ratios, we’ve created a brick that performs better while leaving a smaller footprint.
