One connected community.

At Assetz Mizumi Reserve, the masterplan is envisioned as a series of micro-neighbourhoods woven together within a larger residential ecosystem.

Clusters of 3BHK and 4BHK towers are arranged in enclosures overlooking landscaped podiums — the social heart of each neighbourhood. Everyday life unfolds around these elevated greens, where indoor and outdoor amenities blend seamlessly into community spaces.

Each neighbourhood is anchored by a two-level clubhouse — public at the ground, more private above — creating a layered experience of interaction and retreat.

Vehicular movement is consciously lowered to encourage walkability, ensuring that podiums, plazas and landscape pockets remain safe, calm and pedestrian-friendly.

A masterplan where landscape leads, community gathers, and movement is thoughtfully choreographed.

Foo Orion

The entry announces itself with a vivid pop of red beside a sculptural rope wall installation. Inside, patterned flooring subtly guides guests toward the deck, flanked by tall seating installations that reinterpret traditional Asian clay roof tiles into tactile vertical forms.

The ceiling is detailed with a rattan lighting feature bathing the interiors in a warm, diffused glow. A transparent glazing screen separates the indoor and outdoor zones while maintaining visual continuity towards the deck.

The space opens into a generous double-height volume overlooking a tranquil water body. The bar anchors the outdoor deck — a lively buffer between the bustling neighborhood and the intimate indoor dining area.

Anchored within the double-height deck and enveloped by greenery, the bar becomes the focal point — celebrating Bangalore’s temperate climate and blurring boundaries between indoors and out.

With a strong emphasis on context, the Ibis Accor brand positions itself as an extension of the city it inhabits, with the Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary in Mysore serving as the primary inspiration.

The art narrative unfolds across multiple scales—from large installations in public spaces to curated artwork within the guest rooms—and is further carried through subtle details in light fixtures, upholstery, and signage, creating a cohesive design language throughout the hotel.

A vibrant, warm colour palette reflects the energetic ethos of the brand, while a muted shell provides balance, allowing the graphics, motifs, and storytelling elements to take prominence.

This boutique experience center in the city’s CBD showcases exclusive furniture brands and fine veneers within a raw, industrial shell—where contrast becomes the canvas.

At the heart of the space are mirrored “Cubes” that frame each setting like a stage, elevating everyday living into immersive design experiences. From The Deluxe Corner wrapped in wainscoting to the Verandah blending veneer storage with outdoor furniture display, every detail is crafted to inspire.

Minimal tones, statement pieces, and a strong material story bring this space to life—celebrating form, function, and the art of curation.
