The Managing Director of the firm, Mr. Govindappa B. has a vast experience of over 34 years. He has worked on projects that vary from Retail Fit-out Project Management, Space Planning and Store Design, Engineering Services Design, Project Procurement and Logistics.
With his vision he continues to lead the team in various projects, maintenance, safety, liasioning work with different statutory agencies as well as guide the team on different projects related to infrastructure.
Mr. Govindappa B is a diploma graduate in Electrical Engineering. He has a vast experience in building malls, hypermarkets, departmental stores, home stores, restaurants and food courts. Mr. Govindappa B. has helped built more than 150+ retail stores, which is more than 4+ million sq. feet of retail space. These assets include stores ranging from 5000 sq. feet to 200000 sq. feet.
