IPL season is here, and we can not stop thinking about our redevelopment project at our Chinnaswamy Stadium!

📍Chinnaswamy Stadium, KSCA, Bengaluru

Gate no. 10 - VVIP entry to the stadium and the clubhouse.

This entry is designed for the players and other VVIP guests.

The shelter is kept more minimal and light.
The white tensile fabric is used as a skin for the shelter without overpowering the existing structure.

The green wall in the entrance enhances the space as it represents the greenery surrounding the stadium.

The leather headboard with a combination of two shades of bold tangerine elevates the space.

The DECK is planned as an extension of the living space in this beautiful home, which overlooks the road and has the tree overhanging at one side.

The wooden flooring of the DECK and the linear wooden finish rafters that continue to the ceiling are aligned in the same line and level to visually accentuate the LINEARITY of the DECK.

The DECK with the Overhangs of the Tree makes this space the perfect spot for spending those leisure time with family.

The terrazzo finish rustic feature wall creates the perfect backdrop to the coffee table and also adds to the character of the space.

HALLWAY -> LIBRARY

A strong linear axis defines the movement and, at the same time, binds and aligns the spaces together, that is, the well lit double height space on one side and the stairs on the other side.
The wooden tone of the veneer adds to the volume of the space and creates the balance, too.
The grooves in the veneer accentuate the strong linearity.

The Library maintains a subtle color palate of beige and wooden tones with a statement Grey settee.
The bookshelf that draws attention with wide open and closed shelving racks adds to the functionality of the space.

The well lit space is perfect for a cozy read anytime in the day!

The HOUSE is a beautiful amalgamation of Modern and Contemporary elements, using a natural palette with shades of browns of the veneer.

CONVERTIBLE LIVING ROOM

The Formal Living & the Informal Living is segregated using a Sliding Partition, which could convert to big or small space as per the requirement.

The OPEN floor plan for the living space with its extra large sliding windows allows natural lighting & air throughout the day.

Plush & cozy furniture focus on comfort and functionality at the same time being minimal and timeless.
