🥪 Bread Vada Pav | Easy Snack Recipe
Crispy outside, soft inside, and full of classic vada pav flavours — made easily with bread.
Perfect for evening cravings, school tiffin, or quick snacks.
Potato Filling:
Boil, peel & mash potatoes.
Heat a little oil, add mustard seeds, turmeric & salt.
Add potatoes, mix well and let it cool.
Mint Chutney:
½ cup mint leaves
½ cup coriander leaves
4–5 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
Black salt + regular salt
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp water
Blend till smooth.
Gram Flour Batter:
¼ cup gram flour
Salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala
Water (add gradually)
Batter should be slightly thin — just like shown in the video.

⭐️ PEPPER GARLIC PANEER RICE ⭐️
When you want a school tiffin that comes back empty, this is my go-to 🍱
Soft paneer, gentle pepper heat, lots of garlic, and veggies tucked in — comforting, filling, and made with real ingredients.
No fancy sauces. No drama. Just food that kids actually enjoy.
📝 RECIPE (Serves 1)
Ingredients
• Paneer – 100 g
• Cooked Rice – 150 g
• Garlic – 6–7 cloves (finely chopped)
• Onion – ½ (thinly chopped)
• Carrot – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
• Capsicum – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Black Pepper Powder – 1½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Olive oil / any neutral oil
Method
Chop all veggies and keep ready.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and capsicum for 2–3 minutes until soft but not mushy.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Gently toss in paneer cubes so they absorb all that flavour.
Add cooked rice and mix lightly till everything comes together.
Cool slightly, pack warm — perfect for a happy school tiffin 🤍
